Function: window--resize-reset

Reset resize values for all windows on FRAME.
FRAME defaults to the selected frame.

This function stores the current value of `window-total-size' applied
with argument HORIZONTAL in the new total size of all windows on
FRAME. It also resets the new normal size of each of these windows.
