Start delayed window autoselection.
MOUSE-POSITION is the last position where the mouse was seen as returned
by `mouse-position'. Optional argument WINDOW non-nil denotes the
window where the mouse was seen. Optional argument SUSPEND non-nil
means suspend autoselection.
