Then set mark, jump to choice, and try to fetch it. The menu is
cached in `ffap-menu-alist', and rebuilt by `ffap-menu-rescan'.
The optional RESCAN argument (a prefix, interactively) forces
a rebuild. Searches with `ffap-menu-regexp'.
