Function: brief-mode

Toggle CRiSP/Brief emulation (CRiSP mode).
With a prefix argument ARG, enable CRiSP mode if ARG is positive,
and disable it otherwise. If called from Lisp, enable the mode
if ARG is omitted or nil.
