Function: ansi-color-make-face

Return a face with PROPERTY set to COLOR.
PROPERTY can be either symbol `foreground' or symbol `background'.

For Emacs, we just return the cons cell (PROPERTY . COLOR).
For XEmacs, we create a temporary face and return it.
